I N I T I A L M E E T I N G
In our introductory meeting, you’ll find out if we are the right fit for you! We’ll discuss the scope of your project- what your goals are for the space, your needs versus your wants, your style, and your initial budget. We’ll also discuss the process, how we work, and our rates.
P R E L I M I N A R Y D E S I G N +
B U D G E T
Once we are hired, we will start working on some conceptual designs to get an idea of what you like, dislike, and how you’d like a space to function. If you are remodeling your kitchen, for example, we will send you a new potential floor plan that we think you’d love, as well as presentations with inspirational photos and materials for what your future kitchen could look like. When we have an idea of the extent of the project and the materials that are being used, we send you a preliminary fixture and finishes budget.

I M P L E M E N T A T I O N
Once the concept design and budget gets your stamp of approval, we start choosing the actual items for your home! We will select tile, fabric, paint, and furniture options for you to approve, which we will present in documents like the one below. We create the working drawing package which includes finish floorplan and elevations, reflected ceiling and electrical plans, and any needed millwork details.

O B S E R V A T I O N
Once everything has been decided on, we work with the trades to ensure everything is going to plan. Site visits are planned as needed, and we communicate with you regarding project status, if/when decisions need to be made, and any unforseen problems that need to be attended to. Communication is a number one priority for us.
